The Parish Council continue to be available for residents

The Clerk is currently distributing a leaflet to all residents inviting them to join a Neighbourhood Watch Whats app group, due to the levels of crime reported recently. This system works well in other parishes and provides information immediately that can be reported. If you wish to join please could you send your name and mobile number to the Clerk.

The Parish Council are currently unable to hold formal meetings due to the epidemic , however we are holding virtual meetings, all residents are invited to attend either by web cam or telephone, please contact the Clerk if you wish to attend so she can provide the meeting code and password.

Dog fouling is an increasing issue & is being tackled alongside the Dog Warden, On the spot visits are taking place.

Residents have reported that footpaths are an issue. This is being looked into by the Parish Council. The clerk has asked residents to send correspondence and pictures directly to her. We are aware of the bridleways and these are being addressed.

The volunteer group is still providing help for the vulnerable around the village for shopping, prescription collections and a friendly voice. Details have been circulated throughout the village.

The White Lion Committee are providing updates on the phase of the project currently.
